![]() ![]() Overall, if I ever have to return to Billings, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.īlake Wahrlich, General Manager at Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn, responded to this review Thank you for your review and as I expressed in a previous response I truly am sorry for the issues you encountered. I know this is the case because my bed was made, towels were picked up off the floor, and my toilet seat left up. When I returned later that evening, hotel staff had been in my room. In my second room, the day I went to go visit my aunt in the hospital I put up the Do Not Disturb placard on my door. My first room was rented out the same night, so I have a hard time believing it was so urgent I needed to be woken up in the middle of the night to pack my things and change rooms. I was woken up in the middle of the night for an emergent room change re: a supposed broken pipe in my room that was causing issues to the room below me. Given my experiences already, I am hoping these do not become another issue down the road. I still have two other charges pending on my credit card in the amounts of $50 (assuming deposit) and $175.99. This single additional night booked through the hotel was an additional $212.82. I needed to stay an additional night and booked directly through the hotel for my same room. ![]() The total of my first two nights cost me $360.88. I booked through a third party company for two nights. Additional nights required would be dependent on how her surgery went. This hotel was nearby and had good reviews, so I booked the trip last minute. My trip was required to bring an Aunt to the Billings Clinic for surgery. We are sorry we did not clarify the options available as we do try and accommodate as many of our guest's preferences as possible so they can have a great experience. Our guests can choose the complimentary breakfast off the back of a voucher handed out at check-in, can trade the voucher in and receive 20% off each guest meal off the regular menu, they can hand it in for 500 BWR points, hand it in for a quick grab and go, as well as order the breakfast to go which can take 15 minutes to make as we do make all our breakfasts from scratch. For our breakfast at our on-site restaurant, Stella's Kitchen and Bakery, you are correct that it has been voted the best breakfast in Billings 13 years in a row and is popular with the locals however do recognize there is value in the breakfast and offer several options for our guests. With regards to your reservation, whomever you booked through booked you in a standard king room which is what we had for you at check in. Beautiful room but with other issues it makes it hard to choose them.īlake Wahrlich, General Manager at Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn, responded to this review We are sorry to see that you had wanted a pool area room and were not made aware of our breakfast options.
